If you're here, you're wondering what Polyester Taffetas is and how it differs from classic Polyester?
The difference results in the weaving method.
Without going into too much detail, the term Taffetas refers to a method of interlacing yarns that alternate above and below each ohter.
Thanks to this method, the fabric resists stretching and deformation, making it more resistant. The fabric feels softer and silkier to the touch than conventional polyester.
Taffetas also has a better resistance to moisture, which allow the fabric to dry more quickly. This is why the World Flair windbreaker is made from Polyester Taffetas.
We recommend to clean this fabric at 40°C maximum and to avoid the use of a tumble dryer. Normally you will not need to iron it.
